What happens next?

We will develop themes that capture the mauri/essence of the feedback and comments alongside our Te Pūkenga Strategy (Te Piko) — and check these back through staff forums.

We will develop the strategic intent reflective of these themes and mauri — and share for feedback with stakeholders and partners, including staff.

We will develop an active work plan to deliver on the strategic intent — and share for feedback with stakeholders and partners, including staff.

A draft of the PCW Strategy will be reviewed by our ELT, Council Advisory Committees and Council for feedback and development of a final draft.
