Tā tātou huarahi | Our pathway
E ngā maunga whakahī o te motu, tēnā koutou katoa
Aotearoa New Zealand is changing, and so must we. The world of work will continue to evolve as will the aspirations of ākonga and their whānau. We must move with our partners and stakeholders and commit to our vision to learn with purpose.
This engagement platform, which we call Your Voice, contains all the information also presented in the pdf document, Tā tātou huarahi | Our pathway. They set out our plans to respond to the wero (challenge) before us – to become the cornerstone of a cohesive, sustainable vocational education system that helps improve wellbeing for all New Zealanders and supports a growing economy that works for everyone.
Your Voice and the Tā tātou huarahi | Our pathway document lay out the work ahead; I will share more details with you in the engagement hui over the next three weeks. For simiplicity, I am calling these hui – Te hāro – and the engagement – Tā tātou huarahi | Our pathway.
I am proud to share this plan with you on our organisational direction and design.
Ngā mihi nui,
Peter Winder
